Location near KK mall and metro station, many shops and restaurants nearby, free parking, comfy and spacious rooms, romantic atmosphere with safety features, stunning visual design.

Excellent, artisticly decorated rooms!!!

The room was so dirty, actually the whole hotel is, it is not at all like on the photos! It is as if they did not finish the work building it. They said there is a spa, of course there is none. our room was like a cheap transient hotel room, where people go to have quick sex. I am sure there were a lot doing it, disgusting. in the bathroom there were condoms for free use... but the worst thing was that the room was smelling cigarettes although I reserved a non-smoker room on Booked.net. I complained on the front desk but the answer was that there is no other room available. the only thing they did was to remove the ashtray. as it was already 10 pm we stayed anyway, big mistake. at 5 am first people were starting to shout along, which by the way is quite common in China. In this case I did not mind, I couldn´t sleep anyway. I spent the worst night ever! shame on lonelyplanet recommending this hotel!

The hotel had a unique and stylish design in all the rooms which was refreshing. It was also conveniently located next to a subway station and within walking distance to a shopping center. Food was available 24 hours a day and the hotel also provided an option for food delivery from nearby restaurants.

The bedding wasn’t very soft and there wasn’t much privacy with the semi-transparent bathroom glass wall. The cleanliness could have been better and there were stains throughout the room.

Special design, good customer service

The room temperature was too hot when I first went into the room, 29c. However, the manager resolved the issue.

The only positive side of this hotel: location. If you want to go shopping at Dong Men, it is just 1 stop by mtr. Also, well located from the Hong Kong border: just 3 mtr stops.

We booked this hotel for its location but also for its apparently fashionable rooms. However, rooms are absolutely dirty. Do not rely on the rooms pictures they show. We found a bag of rubish in ours and asked for a new room. The new one was not much better. Our friend's room had the fitted carpet, which was white, full of spots. Service of the hotel absolutely bad. We spent 30min for the check-out and we were the only ones! They hardly speak English. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel, with helpful staff who pointed us in the right direction to a big shopping mall by MTR and several "High Class" shopping malls in this city. The location was very convenient, being above the metro station and close to many café shops, restaurants, cinema, and shops. We even had free parking during our stay, which was a great added value. Additionally, the hotel facilities were satisfactory, with good-sized rooms and decent Wi-Fi, although it could use a little improvement.

No complaints.

Good Location near by Grand Theater subway station, 8 minutes walk from a shopping center with jusco. Rooms are clean and beautiful.

The hotel's location is convenient with several high-end shopping malls nearby. the staff were helpful in directing us to other restaurants, and it's far enough away from crowded shopping areas. the room had everything we needed, from a strong network connection to a secure locker. the breakfast service was impressive and had a variety of options.

The pictures were deceiving, and the carpets were dirty and worn.

Excellent value for money and convenient location near a major shopping center and subway station. the cozy and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations and were clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my business trip even more enjoyable.

The breakfast lacked variety and options were limited. It would have been nice to have more English-speaking staff available to assist with communication and requests.
